Description

BETEC® 322 is a fiber reinforced, cement based, volume stable repair and re-profiling mortar, suitable for all concrete repair works in the safest, most targeted and productive way in layer thicknesses of 10-25mm.

BETEC® 801, 804, 808 and 816 are cement based, shrink-compensated grouts with very fast setting properties, suitable for grouting at reduced temperature conditions and all applications where fast initial strength development is required for minimal downtime and rapid completion.

These include grouts for all application heights, as well as a year-round grouting portfolio. BETEC® products have been adapted to allow contractors to continue working even at cold temperatures. For some of the more specialised BETEC® applications, this performance adaptation is critical.

BETEC® serves the most demanding applications

BETEC® solutions are commonly used for assembling and joining prefabricated structures, for underfilling structural elements such as bridge bearings and block-out connections on beams and columns, and for machine foundations. Machine foundations in particular are where the durability and versatility of BETEC® products begin to shine through.

As an example, BETEC® is commonly used in wind turbine foundations, which are often situated in areas where low temperatures, speed of application and remoteness are factors in construction. Similar conditions are often found in the turbine rooms of hydroelectric dams. Apart from renewable energy, mass rapid transit is also a strong BETEC® application field. There, BETEC® products can be used in rail beds, station boxes and in the foundations for transformation stations.
